Unlocked phones
Your phone needs to be unlocked from your current carrier. Many phones unlock automatically once they're paid off; your current carrier can confirm.
eSIM first
eSIM installs from your Vessel account in a few minutes over Wi-Fi. No card to wait for, nothing to lose.
Physical SIM when needed
If your phone doesn't support eSIM on our network, we provide a Vessel SIM card. You enter its number in your account to activate.
Financed phones
If your phone is still being paid off with another carrier, it may be locked or flagged. The check will tell you.
Your data stays put
Contacts, photos and apps live on your phone and your cloud account. Changing carriers doesn't touch them.
