This notice applies to the waitlist and Founding access program. Complete service terms are provided before activation.
How Vessel handles information submitted to the waitlist and Founding access program.
Information you provide
The waitlist collects your email address and, if you choose, your first name. A Founding access application may also collect your name, service address, phone details, device identifier and number-transfer eligibility information.
How Vessel uses it
Vessel uses this information to manage early access, check eligibility, review applications, secure accounts and contact you about launch or your application. An application does not authorize a charge, number transfer or activation.
Service providers
Vessel shares information only with providers needed to run early access, including hosting, authentication, email, address-validation and network-eligibility providers. Vessel does not sell early-access personal information.
Retention and your choices
Vessel keeps early-access information only as long as needed to operate the program, protect it from abuse and meet legal obligations. You may unsubscribe from launch email or ask to access, correct or delete your early-access information by contacting care@vesselwireless.com.
